I developed a pricing methodology for Lovely Direct, an end-to-end leasing service for San Francisco property owners. Using a combination of tens of thousands of rental listings, and a blend of data and ratings for individual apartment units, we used this tool to recommend rent prices for landlords using Lovely Direct. Built in Tableau, we generated a pdf price assessment that would be sent to partner landlords.
